Next Step Treatment Center accepts the following insurance types:

• Medicaid
• Medicare
• Self Pay (with sliding scale for eligible clients)
• Out-of-Network Private Insurances
• Some In-Network Private Insurances
• Uninsured
• No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.  NSTC will assist all clients with accessing necessary services through our sliding fee schedule (available to eligible clients) and through connections with Health Care Access Maryland.
